Generate AI response directly in our interface
From now on, whenever a new Google review is posted, our application allows you to generate an AI response. These responses are carefully crafted to reflect the tone and values of your company, ensuring consistency and impeccable professionalism in your exchanges with customers. You can review, modify, and approve these suggestions directly in the app, saving valuable time while guaranteeing high-quality communication.
Automatic email response suggestion
To make this feature even simpler, we have introduced an approval option directly in our notification emails. You can publish the suggested response on Google with just one click. If the suggestion does not suit you, you will have the option to modify it and publish it once it perfectly meets your expectations.
